Technical Features

  • It is indicated to transport the cheese from the LAB 18 melter- stretcher machine to the moulding machine
  • Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel
  • The body of the machine is fitted with an electrically- heated jacket to keepthe product at the ideal moulding temperature
  • N. 2 augers, counter-rotating and removable (diam. 150 mm) slightly compress the pasta-filata against the extruder tube
  • Connection piping with different length in order to simplify the feeding of the moulding machine
  • Augers with adjustable speed by Inverter
  • The parts in contact with the product are teflon-coated in order to be non-stick
  • Electrical control panel in AISI 304 with IP 65 protection class
  • The 250 kg capacity hopper is able to contain the full batch of the stretching machine
  • Thermoregulator with digital display for temperature control
  • Easy to disassemble and wash the connection piping
  • Security sensors and protections according to the CEE regulations
